For this I had some kale, mustard greens and.. greens I can't remember name of, but they come with white or bright yellow or bright red stems and veins and dark green leaf-material? Anyway, I chopped those off and cooked 'em with just enough water to cover plus two chicken buillon cubes.
This was fairly short cooking time, by the way, /just/ enough to soften 'em. Then I poured the excess water out (sniffle) and added one and a half to two tablespoons of mayo. Mayo bad! But so tastilicious. :D
I also added some dried parsley, dill weed and ginger, plus a can of tuna and the dark green section of a leek. I stirred it all together and let it bubble just enough to soften the leeks a bit.
It is DELICIOUS.
