Today's lunch is yumtastic. Kale stirfried with mushrooms, green onions, leftover chow mein from yesterday's chinese food aaaaand.. Lots of Muenster cheese. :D And I still haven't even touched my lowest calories needed line!
For flavor I had in dried dill, dried parsley, black pepper and the last bits of horse radish. Oh, and it was all fried in extra virgin olive oil. Yumyumyum.

Also: what's your favourite food, and/or what food tempts you the most but is really bad for you?
For me, my favourite food is watermelon, but the one that tempts me the most is icecream. It used to be chocolate, but it seems my body no longer wants any such thing in it! I get nauseus just looking at it, which is rather odd considering I've been a major chocoholic my whole life. The only exception is the uber uber high cocoa content stuff, 85 percent or over. Especially one organic such variety I've found that comes with little cocoa nibs in it. Mmmmm.
