In some perverse way I enjoy struggling out the math, it's like I add a nifty little complex puzzle to my day. o.O

Today's recommended food: flax seed! Aka linseed, they're a great source of omega 3 and 6 and help fight cholesterol as well as bad fats. And they're tasty, too. Just make sure you get them either pre-ground, or that you chew them carefully 'cuz otherwise the slippery little bastiches just go through your system untouched. They can also be used as a substitute for eggwhites, I've been told. They certainly make for a glue-esque substance if I leave some uneaten in my cereal too long.
What kind of exercising do you guys do, by the way? I'm still sort of shy about working out 'in public', so I mostly get my heart pounding by household and/or garden stuff. Especially gardening. Those weeds have some mighty pesky roots, so it's rather like rope pulling. :D
